These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ar555 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ar555 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the ar555 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, payment facilities, promotions, and any related features. These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh and must be read in full before registering an account or using any part of the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use ar555.
ar555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility
To register and use ar555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these conditions constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
§ 1.1
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ar555 does not knowingly permit minors to open accounts or access the platform. If we discover that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
§ 1.2
Geographic Eligibility
ar555 is intended for players located in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of ar555 does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted in your location. ar555 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
§ 1.3
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one account on ar555. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option rather than registering a new account.
2. Account Registration and Verification
When registering an account on ar555, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ar555 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time.
§ 2.1
Accurate Information
You must provide your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ar555 may, at its sole discretion, close any account where false registration details have been provided and retain any funds held in that account pending investigation.
§ 2.2
KYC Verification
ar555 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is satisfactorily completed.
§ 2.3
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify ar555 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ar555 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
ar555 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on ar555.
§ 3.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account instantly. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance depending on your issuing bank's processing times.
§ 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ar555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to suspect fraud or money laundering activity.
§ 3.3
Currency and Exchange
All transactions on ar555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ar555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment card is linked to a foreign currency account, your bank may apply exchange rates and conversion fees — ar555 has no control over such charges and accepts no liability for currency conversion costs incurred by the player.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ar555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions. Players should read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.
§ 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by ar555 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. ar555 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if the player is found to be exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
§ 4.2
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may be excluded from a specific promotion at ar555's discretion if they are found to have previously abused bonus terms, operated duplicate accounts, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and may not be claimed more than once per household or IP address.
§ 4.3
Promotion Amendments
ar555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or loyalty reward at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on the platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to the terms of that bonus, provided they are actively meeting the existing wagering conditions at the time of the change.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the ar555 platform for its intended recreational purpose only. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
§ 5.1
Fraud and Money Laundering
Any attempt to use the ar555 platform to commit fraud, conduct money laundering, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal activity is strictly prohibited. ar555 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or fraud will be frozen immediately pending investigation.
§ 5.2
Collusion and Cheating
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play on your behalf, or exploiting any software bugs or vulnerabilities to extract value from the platform are all strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such means will be void and the account will be permanently closed.
§ 5.3
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on ar555 is considered a breach of these Terms. ar555 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately upon notification of a chargeback and to recover any funds subject to the chargeback from your account balance. Repeated chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
6. Responsible Gaming
ar555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time-out features, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gambling activity. ar555 is strictly for players aged 21 and above, and the platform will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ar555 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, and audio content — is the exclusive property of ar555 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any ar555 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ar555 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ar555 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if ar555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ar555's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ar555 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
ar555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination.
§ 9.1
Suspension by ar555
ar555 may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any conduct that ar555 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During the suspension period ar555 may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation.
§ 9.2
Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request closure of your ar555 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
10. Amendments to These Terms
ar555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ar555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the ar555 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using ar555 and may request account closure as set out in Section 9.2 above.
